Bruce Archives LogoThe Bruce County Archives contains the collective memory of Bruce County. The Archives consists of Personal Papers, Municipal Records, Education Records, Business Records, Organizational Records and Multimedia Collections. These records are kept on mobile shelving units, many within acid free storage containers. Experienced staff make your Archives visit Unforgettable.

Reading Room

Reading Room

Our mandate is to preserve and make available the documentary heritage of Bruce County. In the Reading Room, visitors can research numerous Bruce County related topics, starting with the reference material in the research area and moving on to archival material. Monday to Friday archival materials are available through the archives staff. For access to original documents on the weekend you need only call or e-mail the Archivist ahead of time to request the materials are left out for you.
