You’re Invited….

On Saturday June 11 we will celebrate the “grand opening” of the Stokes Bay Range Light – which overlooks Fairy Lake to the rear of the Museum.

This newest Museum attraction is
“The Biggest Lighthouse on the Smallest Lake!”

The 104 year-old Stokes Bay Range Light was airlifted from its former location to a temporary storage location in late 2009, and arrived on the Museum’s site last year.

Please join us at 2pm to mark this special occasion.

There’ll be entertainment, a ribbon cutting ceremony and light refreshments.

We’ll also kick off our Capital Campaign – so plan to stick around after the ribbon is cut for the first ever public look at the Museum’s plans for exhibition development, including never seen before conceptual first drafts of the HMS General Hunter exhibit – coming Summer 2012!

RSVP no later than May 27th by calling (519)797-2080 or email museum@brucecounty.on.ca

We look forward to seeing you June 11th!
