Join us for An Evening with Lt.- General Roméo Dallaire (Ret.), an exceptional speaker and leadership expert whose positive approach to problem solving will echo in the hearts and minds of audiences long after the event ends.

A distinguished and decorated Canadian Forces member, internationally-celebrated humanitarian, award-winning author and former Canadian Senator, General Dallaire is lauded for providing exemplary leadership, most notably as force commander of the UN mission during the Rwandan genocide 25 years ago.

General Dallaire has written several books, the first of which – Governor General Award winner Shake Hands with the Devil – inspired the award-winning and Oscar-nominated movie Hotel Rwanda, starring Don Cheadle.

Today, General Dallaire is a highly-sought after speaker, who dedicates time to the Child Soldiers Initiative, a global partnership he founded in 2007 with a vision to see a world where children are no longer recruited and used as weapons of war.
