About Alexander Peroff
Alexander Peroff, the owner and operator of the traveling museum “Frontline Journeys,” has dedicated his career to making history accessible and engaging for all ages. At 30 years old, Peroff holds a double major in History and the Arts, along with a Bachelor of Education from Laurentian University.
Peroff’s journey began with six years of teaching in private, public, and Catholic schools. This experience shaped his appreciation for the power of education and the importance of engaging young minds. Driven by a desire to create a more interactive educational experience, he transitioned from teaching to curating a mobile museum.
For over 15 years, Peroff has been collecting artifacts related to Canada’s contributions during World War II. Frontline Journeys offers a unique opportunity for individuals to explore history hands-on, ensuring that the stories of all Canadians during this period are remembered and appreciated by future generations.
Managing all aspects of Frontline Journeys, Peroff curates exhibits, maintains collections, and organizes educational programs and events. His fiancée, Kayla, plays a crucial role in curating the collection and cataloguing pieces, contributing to the museum’s success.
Together, they are dedicated to continuously improving and expanding the museum’s offerings, fostering partnerships with educational institutions, and engaging with communities to promote historical awareness.
Through Frontline Journeys, Alexander Peroff and Kayla have created a platform that brings history to life, making it accessible and relevant to audiences of all ages.
