Experience an inspiring evening of powerful storytelling, fresh ideas, and community connection through NishTalks — a new public program featuring Indigenous knowledge keepers, artists, speakers, and community leaders from Saugeen Ojibway Nation.
Presented in a dynamic TED Talk-style format, NishTalks will feature four short talks sharing contemporary perspectives on language, arts, culture, and history, followed by a moderated audience Q&A. The two-hour event will be led entirely by Saugeen Ojibway Nation speakers and moderator(s), offering an authentic and engaging opportunity to hear directly from Indigenous voices.
NishTalks celebrates the strength, resilience, and cultural practices of the Indigenous community, with a focus on present-day knowledge, creativity, leadership, and lived experience.
FREE to attend. Pre-registration is required to save your seats. Light Refreshments available.
