The Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre is situated within the traditional territory of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation (SON). We offer adult and children’s programming, exhibitions, special events and are home to the Bruce County Archives & Research Room.
Our mandate is to preserve and make available the documentary heritage of Bruce County.
Notice – Maintenance Work to Begin Spring 2026
This spring, we’re completing maintenance work on the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre. We anticipate this work to take approximately 3 months for completion.
During this time, our facility is open and programming will continue. You can safely enter through the main entrance.
There should be very few disruptions as we complete work on our roof and the replacement of aging heating and cooling systems.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our building systems and maintain the preservation of Bruce County’s history.

Refunds
Program fees and ticket purchases are non-refundable unless written notice of cancellation is made at least 10 days or more prior to the start of the program or the event requiring a ticket.
Capital Fee + HST
The Capital Fee is a $3 fee placed on service charges that go directly to our capital facility project.
