Get Involved

Donations

Our success is made possible, in part, by the support we receive through our strong relationships with you, our donors. Your generosity ensures that we will continue to inspire, educate and remain the premier destination of choice for exploring our history.

Volunteer

Volunteers are the building blocks of our Museum. All our activities and programs depend on the assistance of dedicated volunteers.

Share Your Story

Museums play an important part in preserving our history.

In the spirit of documenting this moment in time, the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre is offering the public an opportunity to help us capture the experiences of individuals, families, businesses and organizations as we all respond to this evolving situation and cope with the pandemic’s impact in Bruce County.

Please consider collecting and recording your Bruce County experiences and observations and, when you’re ready, donate them to the Museum. We invite you to share your stories in any of the following forms:

  • Written stories, memories, journals poems, or thoughts
  • Photographs
  • Video and audio recordings

Write about your experiences with this virus and the impacts you are seeing in your local Bruce County communites. Capture pictures of ways spaces have changed, and how you are practicing social distancing.

Your experiences are an important part of our shared history. The Museum is collecting this material as a record of the pandemic in our communities and a resource for future display and use by researchers for years to come.
