For the Birds Artists Talk: Finding Joy in Making

March 1 | 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Join us for an artist-led, behind-the-scenes exploration of our exhibit, For the Birds: Upcycled Bird Palaces.

Beginning with stacking brightly coloured building blocks as an infant, artist Graeme Chalmers traces his journey through art school, graduation as a painter, and his life as an art educator and academic. Chalmers will then explore his return to painting and the simple joy of making the upcycled bird palaces you see in the current exhibition.

FREE to attend. Preregistration required.
