Bruce County has developed and approved a ‘nut-aware’ policy in order to comply with the Policy on Ableism and Discrimination which recognizes Anaphylaxis as a disability under the Humans Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 (Code) and the Canadian Human Rights Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. H-6.
